Our expectations towards suppliers
Our Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum standards required to work with any e& PPF Telecom Group entity. These expectations cover in particular:
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ethical business conduct and fair treatment of individuals
- Data protection and information security
- Environmental responsibility, including climate impact
- Responsible sourcing and avoidance of conflict minerals
Supplier guidance and training
This elearning course explains our core ESG expectations, the Supplier Code of Conduct and what participation in supplier assessments means in practice. Completing the course helps ensure a shared understanding of responsible business principles across our value chain.
Ethics and integrity
We encourage suppliers to report any potential breaches of our Supplier Code of Conduct or ethical concerns through our confidential Speak Up channel. All submissions are handled discreetly and investigated appropriately.
How we work with our suppliers
Our approach to supplier sustainability is based on shared responsibility and continuous improvement:
- All suppliers are required to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct and Responsible Business Annex
- Selected suppliers may be invited to complete a sustainability selfassessment, based on risk and relevance
- Where improvement areas are identified, we work collaboratively on corrective action plans
