e& PPF Telecom Group has formally a two-tier management structure consisting of its management board (the Management Board). In general, the Management Board represents e& PPF Telecom Group in all matters and is charged with its management. In the day-to-day operational management of e& PPF Telecom Group the Management Board is supported by the senior management comprising the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Technology and Information Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer, and the chief executive officers of the main operating subsidiaries. The company has not established a supervisory body despite being established as two-tier under Dutch law.

e& PPF Telecom Group is committed to high standards of corporate governance
The Management Board is the statutory body of e& PPF Telecom Group, which directs its operations and acts on its behalf. The general meeting of e& PPF Telecom Group (the General Meeting) elects the members of the Management Board upon a binding nomination by a specific class of shareholders for a term of office determined by the General Meeting in its sole discretion.
Re-election of the members of the Management Board is permitted. Pursuant to the Articles of Association (statuten) of e& PPF Telecom Group (the Articles), the Management Board has at least one member. Each member of the Management is elected either Director A or Director B. All members of the Management Board are obliged to perform their tasks and duties further to the office in the best corporate interest of e& PPF Telecom Group and the undertaking attached to it, as required under Dutch law. Pursuant to the Articles, each member of the Management Board being a Director A, is authorised to solely and independently represent e& PPF Telecom Group. A Director B is only authorised to represent the company together with one Director A.
Ilya Kiykov
Managing Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Ilya Kiykov has joined e& Group in 2022 as a head of M&A. During his tenure with e&, Ilya lead the planning and execution of multiple transactions both in the UAE and internationally. Prior to e&, Ilya served as a Head of M&A at VEON International and as a Director at Morgan Stanley UK.
Mr Kiykov holds an MBA degree from Columbia University and is a CFA charterholder.
Jaap Johan van der Vlies
Managing Director
Jaap van der Vlies has been a member of the management board since October 2024. Before joining e& PPF Telecom Group B.V. he has held key positions at multinational companies, including his long-standing role as Managing Director and General Counsel at Sonera Holding B.V., where he managed the Dutch operations of the Telia Company group (telecommunication leader in the Nordic and Baltic regions). In this position, he managed the company’s legal, tax, and financial compliance, oversaw joint ventures, and played a pivotal role in the restructuring and winding down of the Dutch operations.
Mr Van der Vlies holds a degree in law from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has further specialised in corporate law through advanced studies at the Grotius Academy. He brings a hands-on, results-oriented approach to leadership in dynamic, international environments.
Murat Kirkgöz
Managing Director
Mr Murat Kirkgöz has been a member of the Management Board and the CFO of e& PPF Telecom since October 2024. With 24 years of experience in senior finance roles within the telecom industry, he has previously served as Group CFO at Turk Telekom (2012-2016) and held various positions including Regional CFO, Group Deputy CFO, and Managing Director roles at Veon group (2016-2021).
Mr Kirkgöz holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul and has attended the Engineering Management program at the Industrial Engineering faculty of Istanbul Technical University.
Jan Cornelis Jansen
Managing Director
Jan Cornelis Jansen has been a member of the Management Board since October 2013. He joined the PPF Group in 2007 and since then he has held the position of legal counsel and company secretary of PPF Group N.V. In 2012, he became vice-chairman of the board of directors of Home Credit B.V. and from July 2015 he has been a member of PPF Group N.V.’s board of directors. Prior to this, he held legal positions within various companies.
Mr Jansen holds an LL.M in Dutch Law, specialising in economic, public and business law, from the Universiteit Utrecht. He also has two post-graduate qualifications in company & corporate law, and employment law from the Grotius Academie (Nijmegen) and Vrije Universiteit Law Academy (Amsterdam) respectively.
Lubomír Král
Managing Director
Mr. Král has been a member of the Management Board since October 2013. Mr. Král has also held the position of general counsel of the PPF Group and, since March 2007, he has also been a member of the board of directors of PPF a.s. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, Mr. Král worked in the legal department of the settlement centre of the Prague Stock Exchange.
Mr. Král has a degree in Czech law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and also attended the University of Economics, Prague.

Balesh Sharma
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Sharma has been the Group's chief executive officer since July 2022. He is a telecom veteran and has held several key leadership roles in the telecommunication industry over the last 28 years. Prior to joining the PPF Group he was with the Vodafone Group for nearly two decades, working in leadership positions including CEO of Vodafone Idea, India, Managing Director of Vodacom South Africa, CEO of Vodafone Malta, and CEO of Vodafone Czech Republic. Prior to joining telecommunications, Mr Sharma has worked in Office Automation and IT industries, including Xerox and Ricoh.
Mr Sharma is the alumnus of Mayo College, Rajasthan Technical University, R A Podar Institute of Management, and the Harvard Business School.
Murat Kirkgöz
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Murat Kirkgöz has been a member of the Management Board and the CFO of e& PPF Telecom Group since October 2024. With 24 years of experience in senior finance roles within the telecom industry, he has previously served as Group CFO at Turk Telekom (2012-2016) and held various positions including Regional CFO, Group Deputy CFO, and Managing Director roles at Veon group (2016-2021).

Marek Sláčík
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr Sláčík has served as the Group’s chief commercial officer since July 2018. He joined the PPF Group in 2018. Prior to joining the PPF Group, Mr. Sláčík held the position of chief commercial officer at Beeline Russia, part of VEON, one of the largest integrated telecommunication operators in the world, and worked for seven years in various executive management roles such as chief executive officer of Telenor Denmark, chief marketing officer of Telenor Sweden and Telenor Serbia at the Telenor Group. Before that, he held marketing and management positions at various telecommunication operators including O2 Czech Republic or Vodafone Czech Republic. Mr. Sláčík holds a master's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Economics in Prague and completed the Stanford Executive Programme at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.
Branimir Marić
Chief Technology and Information Officer
Mr Marić has been the Group’s Chief Technology and Information Officer since June 2024.
He joined the PPF Group in 2023 as Chief Technology and IT Officer (CTIO) at CME group. Prior to joining PPF Group, he was CTIO at A1 Hrvatska in Zagreb, Croatia, and previously held CTIO positions at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom. During his career, he has worked in various network and IT engineering and operations technology positions at Deutsche Telekom and in several other European countries. He has extensive experience in IT, TV distribution and digital infrastructure technologies.
Mr. Marić holds a degree in Radiocommunications and professional electronics, from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in University of Zagreb.

Igor Přerovský
Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Hungary
Mr Přerovský has been the Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Hungary since September 2023. Prior to his appointment, he served as Austria CEO at Creative Dock Group, being also Chief Fintech Ventures, with a focus on finance and telco projects in digital venture building and development across Europe and the Middle East. Between 2006 and 2019 he worked for Home Credit, PPF Group's global consumer finance franchise, running Home Credit's operations in the USA, Vietnam, and China. Mr. Přerovský has an extensive experience in the telco business, working between 2000 and 2006 as Vice-President of Brand Strategy and Communications at Oskar Mobile, now Vodafone Czech Republic. Mr. Přerovský studied economics at Mendel University in Brno as well as MBA at the University of New York in Prague.
Mike Michel
Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Serbia
Mr Michel has been Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Serbia since October 2018. Prior to joining the company, he held the position of Marketing Executive at Banglalink, a telecommunications company in Bangladesh. Also, Michel was the Executive Director of Marketing at Telenor Hungary (now Yettel Hungary), Chief Marketing Officer in Telenor Montenegro (now One Montenegro) and Vice President of Brand Management at Telenor Group in Norway.
Michel has more than twenty years of experience in leadership positions in global telecommunications companies in the region, North America, and Asia. He graduated in economics from Simon Fraser University in Canada.
Bogdan Uzelac
Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Bulgaria
Mr Uzelac has been Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Bulgaria since May 2026. Prior to this, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for six years, playing a key role in expanding the customer base, strengthening the company’s market positioning, and accelerating its digital transformation.
An economist by education, Bogdan brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, spanning sales, marketing, digital services, and technology.
He has extensive international leadership experience across Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States, having held senior roles in companies such as Beeline Russia, Telenor Denmark, and Yettel Serbia.

Igor Tóth
Chief Executive Officer of O2 Slovakia
Mr Tóth has been the Chief Executive Officer of O2 Slovakia since January 2021.
He joined O2 in 2008 as market research specialist and served in various roles in marketing, brand communication and customer value management. In 2011 he was part of customer experience team for Telefonica Europe in London. In 2017 he received the Marketer of the Year award. He later served as Director of marketing.

Jason King
Chief Executive Officer of CETIN International
Mr King has been Chief Executive Officer of CETIN International since May 2026. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Bulgaria from September 2018 to May 2026. Before joining Yettel Bulgaria, Mr. King spent 20 years in various senior management roles at major technology, media and telecommunications companies, including Commercial Director at VEON, Chief Marketing Officer at UPC Czech Republic, formerly part of UPC Liberty Global, and Chief Marketing Officer at Deutsche Telekom. Mr. King holds a Master's degree in international marketing from the University of Strathclyde and completed a private equity programme at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and an executive leadership programme at IMD Business School.
Judit Kübler-Andrási
Chief Executive Officer of CETIN Hungary
Ms Kübler-Andrási has been the Chief Executive Officer of CETIN Hungary since 2022. She has more than 20 years of international experience in various leadership roles in telecommunications and management consulting. She worked at Magyar Telekom, Arthur D. Little and in the last 12 years held senior leadership positions in strategy, international wholesale and technology innovation at Deutsche Telekom.
Vladimir Radojičić
Chief Executive Officer of CETIN Serbia
Mr Radojičić joined CETIN in Serbia as Chief Executive Officer in October 2024.
He had previously held several leadership positions, including Senior Vice President Technology Strategy and Partnership Ecosystem at Telenor Group, CEO of CETIN Bulgaria, and CTO of Telenor Bulgaria. Mr. Radojičić has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
Juraj Kodýdek
Chief Executive Officer of CETIN Networks Slovakia
Mr Kodýdek has been the Chief Executive Officer of CETIN Networks Slovakia since June 2022.
He has over 13 years of experience in telecommunications, and 20 years in senior management including C-level positions at O2 Slovakia. Mr Kodýdek has also extensive experience in Management consulting in telco & banking, with proven track record in building new businesses and change management of processes, systems, and organizations.
Juraj graduated with MBA at University of Pittsburg and has Masters degree in Information systems from the University of Technology in Bratislava.
Petar Mudrinić
Chief Executive Officer of CETIN Bulgaria
Mr Mudrinić has joined CETIN Bulgaria as Chief Executive Officer in January 2021. Before joining the organisation, he served as Fixed Services Development Director at Yettel Bulgaria. Mr. Mudrinić has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
