STEMpowered by CETIN is CETIN Hungary’s free talent and mentoring program for secondary school girls, created to encourage more young women to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The initiative helps participants gain confidence, career awareness and practical insights into technology-related professions through real-life experiences and role models.

STEMpowered by CETIN launches fourth season
The program combines mentoring, soft skills development, workshops, career talks, institutional visits and hands-on experiences with CETIN experts. Throughout the school year, participants are supported by CETIN employee volunteers and gain first-hand exposure to both the technology sector and future career opportunities.
The program has already received several professional recognitions. In 2025, STEMpowered by CETIN won the HRBEST Silver Award in the Future Builders category and was selected as a finalist at the HRKomm Awards.
Following three successful seasons, applications are now open for the fourth season of STEMpowered by CETIN, continuing its mission to inspire and support the next generation of women in STEM.
